Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a largeish bowl, combine the berries, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt. Sprinkle the cornstarch over top and toss until well combined. Place this fruit mixture in a 8x8 ungreased glass baking dish.

Melt the butter, then combine the butter with the oats, brown sugar, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, and another pinch of salt. Stir together well and then sprinkle over the fruit mixture.

Bake uncovered for 40-55 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is tender. If using frozen berries, check at 40 minutes but expect to be done at 55 minutes. If using fresh berries, check at 30 minutes and expect to be done at 40 minutes.

Calories: 555 calories per half-recipe. Makes one large bowl of very filling, toothsome dessert per person. You could certainly eat less of it and still enjoy it :3
